Before I started working with Debra, I felt that the pandemic had taken a real toll on my wellbeing. I had gained weight, I was depressed, I was angry, and I was holding on to negative feelings.

I feel that the most valuable part of the program were the tools that Debra shared with me for dealing with many things that overwhelmed me. Whether is it was breathing exercises, physical exercise, recipes or just positive energy, Debra helped in every way.

I have lost 28 pounds, my body shape has changed, and my clothes are too big for me. I have been able to go into my closet and find clothes from a few years ago and wear them after thinking I would never fit into them again.

I think the biggest results or changes I have made while working with Debra involve my outlook on personal relationships and my work. With tools provided by Debra, I have been able to take a deeper look at my life and make decisions that I am completely happy and comfortable with. I am now able to just feel and be in the moment, and positively look forward to the future.

I have become less emotional about the insignificant stuff and more positive about everything.  I breathe better, I sleep better, I am more grateful for all things, I am in tune with my emotional self, and I feel fantastic physically.

I would recommend this program to anyone who is ready to make some changes in their life, big or small. If you want realistic tools for wading through emotions and making positive changes, this program is for you. The pandemic kicked me down on so many levels, I struggled with being kept apart from my loved ones, and chose bad eating habits, and negative thoughts. Everything has changed, and I am super thankful to Debra for her calm, positive outlook and for helping me get to such a great place emotionally and physically.
