My Story
My corporate career was my life for a long time. I worked hard to be a star performer so my health was put on the back burner. I experienced the ensuing effects of poor eating and lifestyle habits on how I looked and felt. My job was my priority; convenience was my mantra! On a typical day, I would mindlessly gulp down whatever was quick, cheap and decent tasting – usually at my desk where I sat in front of a computer for countless hours. My energy was zapped by the end of the day. I started to see inflammatory weight creep upwards with each passing year. I was tired of feeling tired, heavy, bloated. I was tired of not showing up at my best in the important areas of my life.
Then my mother died unexpectedly – right after she retired. I was deeply saddened. Suddenly, all the unrealized dreams she had for her life were forever gone with her. I was certain that I did not want to go down the same path. So I decided to take a stand for me. To be empowered and conscious in my choices and actions so that I can be fully present in vitality, joy and fun.
So began my journey to transform my lifestyle one step at time and take back control of my health.
In the process, I recovered from nagging allergies and painful stomach cramps that caused me to suffer for years with no relief nor long term solution available.
As a life-long student of nutrition and a practitioner of health and wellness, I alleviated my conditions naturally. Today, I’m free of excess weight, and feel vibrant and confident in my body. My health is an important core value in my life because it’s the foundation to everything else that will make me happy, successful and prosperous.

Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, I work with men and women in-person and all over the world online or by phone.
My Training
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and the most cutting-edge dietary theories to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

I work in partnership with clients to set the direction for their growth and aspirations. I facilitate a client’s clarity and progress through a co-creative process of powerful questions and insightful reflections.
